Weathers Affects I take a walk outside for fresh air and a quick smoke I take a look into the sky where the clouds have broke The sun announces its presence with heavenly beams I feel happy for a few seconds Then I slip through the scene... My mind awakens with a session of violent thoughts I find the window, clouds rise the aggression I've sought The rain disturbs the peace of mind that keeps the fear at bay I strain to stay calm, but my thoughts just spear the display droplets break upon my brow, causing tumultuous sounds fingernails rake my crown, blood trickles and emotions drown The grey nothingness of the sky releases the darkness inside I lay motionless and cry from deep wounds of the mind Sleet and snow begin to pour, the rain is gone with the thunder I plead to know why my sores grow with the death of summer A loss of innocense is noted onces the skys become dark I cross over-shadowed plains to peaks of pain where I start cerimoniously destroying all in myself that was once pure and victoriously start employing thoughts of the obscure suddenly the sun rises above the majesty of the mountain and my views run through the glove of tragedy's fountain The light brushes my face like soft linen in the spring and comes through the window in beautiful filtered streams I take a walk outside for fresh air and a quick smoke I take a look into the sky where the clouds have broke The stars awake feeling gone for so long I'm angry for a few seconds Then the retchidness is far gone... |
