MIDI Inputs HELP Someone

Well here is the sitch..
I have a casio keyboard with midi in and midi out on it, i also have a soundblaster audigy 2zs platinum soundcard with a midi in and midi out i bieleve i need hook the casio to the computer and run it through fruity loops is there anyone who can give me some step by step instructions or not... or atleast a link
