They were all crew votes.. crew votes for the same crew member isn't allowed. They may vote against you but not for you.

Same thing... potential crew members or ex-crew members may not vote for someone in that crew for 1 week afterwards. If they tried out longer than 1 week from their votes, post the try-out thread and I'll take a look at it.
