I take Whey. plan on taking creatine next summer.


and for the ppl who plan on getting buff, its gonna be hard for you to do it natural. thats a heads up.

every person I know that is buff been taking some sort of pill. powder .. w/e.

and the natural ppl are just skinny and ripped. which isnt that good of a thing, well atleast at image.

DONT take this.

i took this during track season last year. ye you get big, but its not like protein or anything. you wont keep the size after you stop taking it. AND you get cramps in your muscles. bad ones. i had cramps in my calf muscle and lost a race because of it.


i'd stick to protein and just simply working out.

Protien suppliements can give you protien posioning.. thats about it.


I've also puked before from it. when i had no milk. so i mixed my whey with water. took a spoon and mixed it for like 30seconds. felt like someone punched my thoart.
