Shadows

The Shadows in my soul
Are the same is the Shadows in my heart
They are the monsters that appear everywhere
They depart from the light my soul torn apart

But I turn the lights out
And the shadows do no exist any more
No deception no deceit no lies all discreet
Every contour of the shadows nothing left to explore

They no longer exist
If everything is dark
No Shadows, no monsters
No lies, no deciet
Shadows exist only in light
So fuck the light bring the darkness
But there is something I forgot...

...Shadows are darkness. I'm darkness.

i liked this one...it was metaphoric...the ending was beautiful..

I wasnt really feelin this piece. no real particular reason it juss didnt do nuttin for me.

I wasn't really into this piece for a couple reasons..

1) They depart from the light my soul torn apart
No deception no deceit no lies all discreet

I feel just these two lines ruined the whole poem- I will also say the rest of the poem does not stay strong--

well it followed the topic .... it was decent... I didn't feel it to much though... Vote doesn't go to next round

Basically was a strong piece, with some real moments of rawness...you didn't conform to any real structure...but pulled it off wiuth some on the edge writing whihc was executed well..

..and the ending was brilliant, the best ending i've seen so far...
