I have seen a thing about Kazaa but for some reason my fucken computer won't download it.

^^ok.... this can be ... you want to start emceeing.... or you want to start producing...// at this point your target audience(us) are clueless...

2. you don't have a mic....
^^the only way for an emcee to convey his thoughts is to cop a mic... if you don't have one then you need to get one... // now if your trying to be a producer/beatmaker... then there's no need for a mic

3. all you have is a computer and speakers?

I want to start spitten audio on this site. As in audio battles. I have none of the nessecary equipment becuase I don't know what it is. Where do I get a mic? There is that better explained?

well explained... but iam a beatmaker... and unfortunately iam not too familar with the specifics on the proper mics to cop....

since your starting out.... there's no need to get best and most expensive mic...

all know is that there's two main types of mics.... a condensor mic and a dynamic mic.... one of them would need you to purchase an additional mic preamp..... and the other has what i believe is built in amp called "phantom power"...


and this is assuming that your soundcard has a mic input... if it doesn't then you'll need cop one that does...

Alright, Mics I can get, now what do you know about makeing beats? Evidentally you know a lot, see I want to battle but I want to use my own beats.

So could you help me with equipment I need, in dumby terms because I don't know anything about makeng beats.

i would recommend with starting off with software...why?... very inexpensive compared to hardware, and you lose less to know money if you come to find out that beatmakin' just ain't for you.

the two most common beatmakin' software programs that "EVERYBODY AND THEIR MOMMA" uses are fruityloops and reason... fruityloops is easy to cop for free on kazaa... reason, however its a bitch and hassle to crack....

i used fruity loops for about 9 months... and got bored of clicking boxes to make beats.... so i chose to go the hardware route... and copped the mpc2000xl... its quite limited compared to fruity... with the the combination of lacing the beat on the mpc and editing and adding effects using the pc....... its been real cool.

i don't know what else to say... as far as hardware... the mpc and other rival brands are cool for sampling.... just like the triton and many other rival brands are cool for composing...

Alright I got that, the thing is I can't download Kazaa, so is there any other place I can get Fruityloops?
