We are just dealing with other issues today I suppose and word to what efecx said about back then not knowing about such hideous events. There are being improvements made in Africa based on politics and education and such. But there are other problems now such as China getting more and more power, stealing western concepts, child labour, bad work circumstances and such, repression of areas like Tibet, weapons of mass destruction.

Then the terrorist attacks such as 9/11 and today in London (just heard on BBC it's almost certain the work of Al-Quaeda), a constant war between Arab terrorists and western countries. The war in Iraq did not help that either because it just pissed them off even more in my opinion.

I got more to say but I'm kinda in middle of trying to reach my friend in London...
