If I payed to go see a live performance, I wanna see a live performance, not someone rapping over a recording of their track. I keep that in mind when I'm performing as well, so all my shit is done over the straight beat. Make it worth people's money.

But that's just my opinion. Maybe rapping over songs is what's hot in the streets in your area.
