He can be in your crew and vote against you. If you are all in the same crew (you and your competitor) the crew voting rule doesn't matter

I consider it despicable if you don't do something about this. I have provided proof that one of your members, reckless, is cheating by asking people to "vote.. unless you think i lost!" . He even admitted to it .
