I vote for verbal basically because his wordplay took it.. check it, the punches were dead even to me, i enjoyed reading both verse, but verbal had a better rhyme scheme.. Structure was nice on both sides, personals were cool on both sides, but verbal had a better flow too, so overall i think that it was enough for the win..

verbally gifted wins it cuz he had punches and some personals and good structure and flow...
image you werent good but also not sucky... you had some good punches but you still lost to his hard ones...
