how do you switch from stereo to mono in the multitrack sessions and edit mode? everything i record comes out in stereo.

it takes me 2 minutes for adlibs wit pop/click eliminator.. its a process but u get better quality.. u have to silence everything in between.. thats what i been doin and it sounds pretty nice.. i silence anything without vocals

quick question though.. i have the softpre.. now when i open it sometimes my mic doesnt read it and the soft pre doesnt work.... how do i fix that?
