yeah im 6'5 230, and im startin to get worried cuz my college diet/lack of exercise over the summer is leaving me some man boobies and a little beer belly... lol so im tryin to start doin SOMETHING, but i think im gonna start by just completely changing my diet up, only drinking water, and trying to eat healthy every meal with only fruits and stuff as snacks...
PS - Q, if you really wanted to be the man, you could prepare a little daily diet for me to stick to that can be prepared for the most part with a refrigerator & microwave (thats all i got in my room but i can use an oven in the lounge on occasion if necessary)... like i said, all im really trying to do right now is keep this built up fat off of me and get lean and stay lean when i get there... as far as building muscle, im not going to worry about that so much right now, so dont give me a heavy protein diet or anything... :) |
^^shit man 6'5 230 damn lol. Yeah man, water would put you on the right track REAL fast. Honestly man it's easy to lose weight when you go about it the way you're discussing. You're actually willing to do what's neccessary. most people expect to lose weight without having to make a change in their life.
