The automated upping limiter automatically kicks in after 5 posts.. he can up it as often as he likes, but after 5 posts, he'd be limited to 1 per 3 hours

I think that indeph vote should be qualified. Voting rules said atleast one or two sentences explaining the votes and indeph had a few explaining why he voted for us and about 6 or 7 sentences explaining why he didn't vote for zeke.. but they dqed it anyway
