If you want to require links, I have no problem with that.. but the 1 open mic per day rule? You are going to have to explain that one to me. Personally, I could care less how many open mics people post... its counterproductive limiting the threads. If they reply to an open mic, and leave a link in their new open mic thread to another open mic they are replied to, I say let them open a new thread.... more threads should then equal more replies.. I could see limiting the number of battles since having many open battles where no one gets the win/loss is pointless, but open mics don't have that issue.

lol.. and this is the reason why me and cprogress don't put in any type of rules that involve linking to other threads that would require manually checking stuff... remember on RB before the credit system was put in? I think they had people linking to battles where they had left feedback too. They also limitied the number of active battles to 2 and had like 6 mods checking everything. I can't remember if they also limited the open mics. Either way in 6 months, RV has surpassed RB in the number of new threads being created by 2x and more with most of them being in open mic and front lines and are now tied with them with the number of daily active users. Quality-wise the stuff posted may not be as high as RB's, but if people are coming back daily and posting and are relatively happy, it's all good.

So basically allowing more than 1 open mic would encourage people to write more. As for the good votes/feedback, in the perfect world, everyone will leave perfect feedback and always return votes, but I've learned that will never happen so when I am/was modding open mic and the other text/audio forums, I figured any feedback is better than no feedback. But whatever.. run it however you want... if the activity is too much, you can always request to have more mods added.

by the way you said we could get someone to help that person he would not be a real mod.. but he would just have powers in that forum am i right or wrong.. sorta like a tourney mod or did you mean more added in the open mic forum.. let me know please.


Real mod? Tourney mods all have equal powers in the tournament forum. I meant adding more full mods to help if there is too much activity for one person to handle

shadow has some beef with me which is all due to me doin a vote he didnt like in the LCB. I havent signed out the league & he has taken me out the league..i have no battle this week & am not in the rankings.

If people like him are going to run the league, remove their mod powers because that is disgusting that u get bitches like that. I will happily take his place & be a fair mod like I was in PLL, Tag & LCB.

He will probably edit & say he forgot but on AIM he was sayin that he wouldnt put me in the league, I didnt save the convo because I doubted he would stoop so low.

carsonjet x claims to have givin me a warning he hasnt he continuosly closes my threads like when i posted asking for anyone with a link to a beat site and he allows people to make hate threads on me and post hate aganist me and does not close them or warn the people till they have like 100 posts in it then he closes it but still they are not on his warning list he is showing favortisim and not doing his job please handle this :thumbup:
