Contradictions
 

My mind is constantly at peace
with these conflicting thoughts
openly hiding my obvious emotion
seemingly calm yet deeply distraught

Shouting silently in frustration
articulating my unspoken word
recieving no rhetorical response
were my inaudible visions slurred?

My feelings numbed to the touch
abjectly refusing to accept reality
ethics enter out my clouded mind
leaving no distinct definition of morality.

Spiralling downward glancing back up
trapped in ummoving perpetual motion
apologizing for my feigned forgiveness
undecidedly commited to partial devotion

Hmm... how is your mind at peace, if you are frustrated, numbed, etc?

Anyway, this was ok, didn't do much for me because the structure was just sort of constnant throughout, and you didn't do that much with the topic, which seems a little cliche. A good start, for sure, but you probably want to work more on making it your own.. I just don't really sense much personal here.

not peace and Then frustration... peace In frustration. (thus the title)

i stayed with the same structure throughout, yes. but the only poems that dont stay structured are freeverse...

Contradiction... I love it... I live it... Hah. But really nice i like it all. Nothing really bad to say. Nice stuff. And im glad to see another poetry head :)
