My distant future(poem)
 

In the distance, I see my ideal existence
My wish list fulfilled, though not in instance
And most certainly not by accident

I’m the G.W.O.A.T.: Greatest Writer Of All Time
A shining light in the eyes of writing idols
Possessing lasting mass appeal
But I find myself even hungrier after that last meal
Eager to set sights higher
Satisfy new desire
Learn a new skill
Time to spin the wheel

What shall be my next endeavor?
Well, I always wanted to play the piano…
Catch me at the Rialto or House of Blues
Nailing “Moonlight Sonata” or any song I choose
Able to compose a masterpiece at will
Receiving Nobel Prizes for my wonderful skill

Maybe I can learn a martial art
Don’t matter which one, I just want to start
I’ll get a sensei to push me everyday
Then join the leagues to battle championship tastes

No need to prance like I can: I got two left feet
They meet so much on the dance floor than they should
Somebody need to teach me to dance
Many styles I want to give a chance
(It won’t be easy though. All I have is a two-step)

Maybe I should turn my life over to God
Let him decide what’s next for me to do

Feels good to lead a life of freedom
It became mine from busting my behind over the years
Blood, sweat and tears
Bled, dropped and shed for my personal cause
