Since my first day of existence till the day I pass away/
I will be bundled in some struggles like the ones i have today/
And thats the way it always is gods to fair to make exceptions/
Fates direction goes through bumps dont be convinced by fake perceptions/
Take this lesson that Im stresson when you lack the strenght to rise/
And lift ya self out of the problems it seems that intensify/
where tension lies is in ya brain so free ya mind the rest will follow/
It hurts the issue although if inside ya chest is hollow/
Swallow bitterness that life gives out and know youll overcome it/
Key to happiness lies at the end of a long road thats rugged/
Trust that things soon will improve when your against the ropes/
defense is hope even when problems just seem to immense to cope/
It makes no sense to mope, it aint right to sit and dwell/
the more you think about ya problems it makes life a livin hell/
so give ya self new motivation when things are lookin dismal/
Play this jam aloud while standing proud cuz everyone is a shining crystal/

Problems seem so constant so you flee and run and hide/
No matter where you go the problems come and eat you up inside/
It seems ya luck subsides, wit every turn is more depression/
So you chalk them up as losses rather than important lessons/
Questions arise from cries of hate you blame it on the lord/
Then turn around and hit the ground start prayin on the floor/
This whole cycle's pitiful, confidence is crucial/
Somberness is futile even when pains dominance is brutal/
I can promise a removal from a dim and saddened state/
If you just tilt ya chin up sky high and continue having faith/
The paths we take in life directly lead to changes in our mood/
We don't appreciate the right ones or the dangers we elude/
So then the anger just gets spewed but feelings wrestle in us all/
Cooler heads prevail don't take aggresions out on walls/
The message to you all lead the optimistic life/
Cuz there will be no second chance we've got to live this right/
