Make sure you have alot of carbohydrates... To keep your energy level up, so you can do more of a work out. Also remember muscle weighs more than fat. So eat alot of food with protien and potasium as well, and work out alot. I put on a good 5 pounds in the past month. I got track coming up. So I gotta be fit for that shit.
