(INTRODUCTION)
Some times we all have a story
to tell on how the world looks
from our point of view...
and this is how i see some of it...

I live my life every day
like it was my last
how can people survive in the streets?
If they eating out of garbage bags.

Dam it's so sad.
To watch a child eat out of the trash.
His mom ain't got a job,
and his dad just got out of rehab

His aunt came over to watch him
but she barely loves him
Unless you got cash
thats not family
she's a thorn in your ass

I've seen it hapen to many times
not to recognize it.
Just put your faith in god,
and he'll be there until the sun rises

Cant you here the babies crying
through all there pain.
I wonder where they at.
Im only one soldier.
but i'll always have your back's
Holding you closer.
God hold up my shoulders,
and give me the strength
So they can survive threw this.
While i try an take out the dents.

Cause every thing comes from within.
If its truly from your heart.
Join hands and make friends
and let's spread this love far

Everythings a jar
cause hate is alway's partially open
A vet with no legs
still beg's
cause his life seem's hopless
His eye's is open,
but his tear's still running
remembering moments
when he fought in vietnam.
Now the state dis own him

Why would you do such a thing?
when he fought for our freedom
Now it's against the law
for him to ask some body to feed him

How could you treat him in such a way
knowing the years has been long.
He steped on a mine for our sake
Then he lost two of his own.
The government is wrong
They used him
Then they took up his youth
Why would i join the arm forces?
when i know you lying to your troop's

Im hoping you can understand that life
has it's ups and downs.
Which is why I wrote this.

just read it and think about where
we are today compared to yeasterday
