for the first sig:
i dont like the font of it and the background is boring and the concept is just wack to me ill give it a 5/10

for the second sig:
i like the font and the background pic blends.and the cartoon caracter looks cool too.it should have been smaller tho and less blurry in my opinion.ill give that one a 7.5/10
