How did this to turn to a convo about a writing verses on this site?
Whatever though.. Thanks for the help for those of you that actually made an attempt to drop some knowledge.
But yo, I'm not going to be checking into that shit until after the summer (because that's when I get a car). So, for those of you that box, what shit do you do to get trained that I can do without having to actually go to a boxing gym. I.e., what weight lifiting excersises are most fitting, how much running should I be doing, etc. I am willing to do what it takes to start out in the best position I can, I just don't know what to do to train myself for this sport.
