ummmm........ at one point most of New Orleans was 12 FT under water...... the highest point in new orleans was only 10 ft above water..... i dunno if it got any worse, but i was flippin the channels yesterday wen i heard "And New Orleans is now under the ocean" or sum shit like that, so i decided to watch
