Crippled Thoughts-

Questions about my mentality, if my brain was damaged in the crash
My skulls hold memory scars, My social life risked for some cash
The cops pulled over, I remember seeing those fear stricken faces
Look left from my awoken sleep, n wish we had swapped places
The only boy In my life, the man who I rolled with since first sight
Mangled reminents of his remains layed , and where they had taken flight
My limp cold body pulled from the car, the one i did once recognise
The one that saw us first blaze up, the one that left me traumatised
The sudden blood rush to rob the bank, the rush that we trusted with lives
Now took what we had to offer, cut us loose like death by knives
I called his name to no avail the bag of death devoured his complexion
Two doors closed in front of my eyes, he was not headed in my direction

Spirit hollow , shattered as there my dreams walk far away
Even through this disaster the world still mocks me to my dismay
My control, my path, my life is not that of my own destiny
Strangers dressed white, aid, for even life’s simplest tasks r testing-me
Is this what god wants from me, is this what I shall believe
Even through our weekly meetings this is the faith I receive
My body ,my life now diminished, distant memories from the past
A bed to be my home forever, till thy breathe reaches its last
My tears now stay etched, for now I can not wipe emotions clear
Abandoned Family once so close, now my happiness they don’t hold dear
Visitors now fading to shadows I’m the old news to the times
I’m now Burdens upon their shoulder and also to their minds
This numbness is my reality, the thing that keeps me grounded
With my arms to the side, back to this bed is where I shall stay grounded
The Morning carry to the toilet, My nappy is taken off
The shame in which I endure to live to sneeze to burp and cough
