'Mic Night'

.. Corrosion noted, for my spit 'chypher' to be exploded ..
Untold the bloated erroded mental verbage to be unloaded
So I sit backstage, with sweaty forehead on the torn hedge
Cos' my capacity is havin' me on the forefront of my store's edge -

.. An hour later, what to me seemed like a sour now'n'later ..
I didn't want to step onstage, I feared the crowd's behavior
However favored, this cat on the Mic stand stands alone ..
I have an army at my back with a fabled label to atone -

.. Incountered many, dropped a few and lost my bouts ..
But I never lost that yurning for that crowds unrivled shouts
Untitled louts, I've been the underdog for quiet some time,
But the night is mine, Ima turn this Mic around an' just Unwind!

Untamed shame encountered, but I unwound the thunders power/
Under showered, till the rain engulfed the fame & countered louder/
I never faultered, I spit my mind with liquid sulfur till it was powder/
Then I lit my coward-ice spirit on fire with unholy salvaged talents/
- Malice, I almost lost the freestyle thier/
However clever & rare, the unsung metaphysical split the air ../"

.. He spit's. I sit & try to maintain the same leveled stare ..
However unfair the tourny was I tend to revel in that glare
I love the feeling, that reeling twist in my stomach cen-tor
The very splinter left unhealed speals my utmost common mentor -
