re read what i said...im not saying that the government is not corrupt...

in fact government corruption is the reason the ghettos are such terrible places...

but it wasnt like "i hate balck people...lets give them crack and put all the whorehouses next to their churches"

it was like "these voters are up my ass about the crack house and strib club next door to them...oh well black people dont vote...ill just rezone all the strip clubs into the ghetto and use the police to bust all the crack houses in the suburbs...maybe all the dealers will move to the ghetto..."

still bad just not as calculated as people think...
