To all of the battles that dont get voted on The Win should be voted on by the rap council, After 21 days of no votes a battle should not be closed because the artist put time and effort into those , therfore the council should base these wins on things like punchlines,wordplay,structure, etc.. then give an over all score to determine the winner.....Thanks
