on the crew thing, it shouldn't be based on post count but based on how long they've been active...once you've been active for 30 days you should get a sticky'd thread in the crew section, then maybe another 60 days or so you get a "new crew" forum...then if you're around 60 more days after that you get an established crew forum...and make crew hopping iLLegal for members...where you can only be on one crew every 30 days...
