that's the name of the download program? cool edit won't open any of my files, i can record just fine but it won't save any thing mixdown.. soooooooo i'mma try something new 'til i figure what's wrong or get a computer genius to fix it..

did you just download it? I bet the Problem is that you Downloaded the Demo version, witch only lets you record but does not let you save, you got register the product..
i can give you a serial code if you need it...
