timmy chang is ok........ but he needs to prove alot cuz he honestly played alotta soft ass teams...... but i can admit his accuracy is great for the longer balls....... but u cant throw it 30 yards every play...... and i dont think he throws the ball fast enough....... ive only seen a bunch of touch passes by him
