Crooked I just got off Tha Row. He was signed there for 4 or 5 years and they never released his CD, but every year they said they would. It was always highly anticipated by Pac dick riders and a few others. Crooked I is indeed good though. He just needs to eventually release something. He did a track with Cisco a while back that was ok, this was back when Cisco was the real deal. Around the same time DMX collab'd with him.
I can't really speak on any hot new comers to the game. I know of some underground heads that are relatively new that I think are dope: Son of Ran Genelec Memphis Reigns Weapon X Street Prophet
