"One More Sequel" true story...peep it

IP:

Say a lil prayer after you read this

"One More Sequel"

Have you ever heard the sound of death? it came to me at 1:50/
I recalled it as an alarm clock but it wasn't; I'm thankful God was with me/
The sound of the police ringing that buzzer for some odd number of minutes/
Too deep in sleep to let them in, they must of woke the other tenats/
Hard knocking at my door, something you don't hear at 2 o' clock/
My mom startled, walks slowly to the door to unhook the lock/
To my dismay a policeman is standing in the doorway/
Speaks under his breath and I wait for my mom to have something to say/
Tears fill her eyes, her face flushed and fingers tremble so much she can't grasp the phone/
I want to do something but I'm more comfortable hiden in my room alone/
"What the fuck's the number"? she manages to squeak out between breaths/
The call transfered to E.R, she expects to hear about death/
The truth behind the incident is hiden on the phone/
She grabs some old clothes, throws on some make-up and once again I'm alone/
Driving under the influence affects your reaction time/
Picked up the bottle, untwisted the cap and left his common sense behind/
He lie on his death bed, unconscious from the trauma experience/
Doctors try to speak to him but he's completely intoxicated and delirious/
He snaps out of unconsciousness as quickly as he went in/
And that's about the time he was able to speak again/
So he said....

Please God forgive me for these sins/
This life can end as quickly as it begins/
Please I'm on my knees but I'm not worthy to be your equal/
I'm asking you as a friend give me that one more sequel

I thought for sure I would see him at the crossroads/
As I wake up that same morning viewing the sunshine through my windows/
Critical condition, barely breathing on his own/
His eyes dark and gloomy, his skin a different tone/
The police last night gathered up the remains of his clothes where the blood leaked/
He tried the next morning to gather himself up to stop the tears falling down his right cheek/
Repeating the same suicidal words between heavy gasps of air/
My mom reinsuring him that even though he was sinful, God was still there/
So I woke up to his shoes, socks, and belt in a dirty mess/
These clothes belonged to a man who stood on the edge of life and his soul put to rest/
Now there's nothing left but his vivid memory of his mistakes just a night before/
He thanks God for not letting him walk through heaven's doors/
So he said...

Thank you God for forgiving these sins/
I now understand life can end as quickly as it begins/
You saw yourself in me because like gethsemane You too were on your knees/
I couldn't give my life up, I'll never be your equal/
So I pleaded for my life and you gave me that one more sequel

Tupac whispering in the background.....
I shall fear no man but God, though I walk through the valley of death, (if I die before I wake), please God walk with me, (grab me and take me to heaven).
