im confused tho... some UK people say that theyve seen it like last year or some shit...... i guess it got real good reviews so they decided to bring it over to America..... either way, im not sure, but maybe they did some remastering before they put it out in US, cuz i dunno why it would already be out on DVD in the UK but only in theatres in US....... even if it was the scenario i described (that it was so popular or sumthin that they brought it to the US) it shouldntve taken that long unless they redid some scenes or upped the special effects or sum shit

It is the same movie, it has not been remastered or edited at all.

It was originally going to be a UK movie, but it performed so well that they decided to release it in the US and other countries. It came out like last year in the UK and was released late 2005 or early 2006 on DVD.

It's just some movies the US has first, and some movies the UK has first.

The Descent is not scary one bit, it is all suspense. If you meant name a better "HORROR" movie then I can do that also.... the remake of "The Hills Have Eyes".

I honestly thought the suspense was decent, and the gore was pretty tasteful... but after seeing it once it kind of gets boring.

Word, The Grudge 2 looks pretty RAW. I've seen both of the japanese versions, and the first one with sarah michelle gellar in.... the second should be cool.
