Exclamation Old skool vs. New skool

IP:

I live in Detroit, and KRS1 is gonna be here today. He's giving a lecture at the Charles H. Wright museum and he is giving a concert at 5th Ave. I really really wanna go. But I dont have any money. I couldve went if I would've got the hook up with my boss cause I work for Barak Records as an intern (the label that slum village is on) but they went out of town today cause they are doing a show in New York. My boss is freinds with his management. But I really wanna hear him speak cause he is such a great orator. But my question is what do you guys think about ol skool. Do you enjoy it, and willingly listen to it and look for guidance and inspiration through it, or do you just listen to certain things that are old skool to acquaint yourself with the "hip-hop standards"... holla back
