couldnt find the instrumental, so i made it myself....... its for one of my mc's who wrote to the song, before i had the beat.. tell me wat yall think???? im gonna add sum more to it later, but this is kinda a rough copy to see wat yall think.... i sampled the intro of thesong, which is like 10 seconds long, so i dont have much to work with..... Edit: and since this is in the wrong place, i guess ill use it for feed on my track "first take of lost one" (the top one if i got the wrong name) its only one verse with no chorus in yet, but its better than nothin

It wasn't bad.....but you gotta slow it down a bit. You can tell it's off cause of when the chorus comes in it slows down a lot......I suggest going to your beats per minute, or whatever and slowing it down. Otherwise, I think it's pretty good

I didn't hear the song.....I guess I should try listening again....

.....no, I just hear the beat again. Like I said before (I think) I'm not a knowledgable beat person, but you should really try to make the beat go on the same tempo as the sample. I kinda hear a voice in the background to.....Also, the beat should be soft like the sample. I think you should honestly spend more time listening to the beat and less time trying to add little changes to the beat. Listen to the beat at the end witht he sample "I live for the funk, I die for the funk." Do you hear how drastically different that sounds than your beat?

Honestly, If you didn't have the sample in there, that shit would sound on point and people would ask you if you just DLed the instrumental, so I suggest either slowing down your beat and softening up your instruments or getting rid of the sample and making the hook yourself to
