ive been thru tough times and in my shoes i conquered defeat/
represents the pain i went thru every time i walked on concrete/
my past i dont accept in my life, if i could those memories i would delete/
its been tough, its been rough, and yes ive had enough/
from sufferin' with my hands in cuffs, to trading blows to niggaz thinking they strong as a truck/
u say u wanna walk in my shoes, u wanna experience my pain/
i dont have know home, to me everyday it seems to rain/
im lookin up at the sky, but still i dont ask why/
i dont have that much time, so quickly ill drop this rhyme/
no time for hesitation, its either death or its life/
u walk in my shoes, we'll see if u go left or youll go right/
u betta be ready to bomb first, even if the pain gets worse/
walkin in my shoes will have u wishin u woulda died at birth/

As I walk this path traveled, unraveled through time
A glance at the past battled straight rattled my mind
Head shook from previous chapters closed like books

I've witnessed good situations go bad
from diaper rash to toe tag, it's a journey so sad
