But you can have a good voice and quality and make it, if you had a bad voice and ill lyrics that wouldn't matter. Some are only fit to be textcees. Whats the point of trying audio when you'll just get laughed at for not sounding good? I don't have any accent or anything, but I'm white. I'm not saying white people can't rap, there are some that can. Not many though, if you sounded shitty on the mic you would feel the same way.
