go to User Cp -> Edit Avatar (located on the left nav bar) then upload a file from your pc..think it needs to be 120 x 120 or under 20kb or sumthin...

Hmm... Things changed
It use to be 100+ post to get a custom avy And then... 500+ post to get a custom title I guess Cprogress changed it up....
