i use em as instruments you download the font and then plug it in to your program i got bout 30 additional instruments through em...shits dope.

soundfonts are basically like a package...i use them for fruity loops....
for instance...you download one soundfont...and it will contain a number of different sounds...

and no fruity loops isn't the best, in my opinion reason 3.0 is the king |
