help with my psp
IP:
so i got a psp....how the hell do i put videos on there?
ive managed to put mp3's on. ive got the data cable...when i plug it in...i go to my computer,select the drive,click psp then insert my mp3's into music.but there is no folder for videos. anyway,when i select the drive,there is another folder,not the psp one that has a video folder in it,inside there is another folder that says camera,ive tried putting videos into both of these but wont work.....and it is mp4 that the psp will play isnt it? anyway...what folder or how do i put mp4 videos onto my psp

no...it just tells you how baically.....it says videos can be transferred using a data cable...which i already know...and then to the memory stick duo.
it doesnt actually tell you how....

Did you format your memory stick? If you did (or maybe even if you didnt) there should be a folder called mp root... if not.. Just create a new folder in the root directory named MP_ROOT, and then make a folder called 100MNV01 in there.
Thats where the videos go... but the files need to be MP4's, and the file name has to be M4VXXXXX.MP4.. where Xs are numbers. For example M4V31245.MP4 ... just any five numbers. Then they should work.
