One tiny piece of help....

I know some of u, like Q, used and taught me it once, but where is the effect on cooledit that gives u that "phonecall" effect, like someone sounds like theyre on the other line of the phone.....
or where can i download it...... or figure out manual settings for it... this cool edit 2.0 or w/e btw.... |
