record companies look at artists who can make them money, not who is lyrically gifted, why do u think most mainstream artists selling all over the world are not the nicest of lyricists???
as for Troop, he wouldnt make it...for one he dont have the right connections, an demos rarely get recognition, for another...he's more of a battle rapper, an that just dont cut it as a mainstream artist that blows up....
