That's a great start. be mindful that most juices are high in sugars. look to see what percent of real fruit juice it is or if it's "all natural" yet.."made from concentrate" which is contrdictory.

i weigh 211 lbs. and i'm 6'1.........no i'm not fat......i just want to be leaner and sweeter eye candy............nice abs.....something that ladies can say "ohh look at that sugar daddy" and not..."oh look at that "tootsie roll"

What's more interesting to me is why blacks and other minorities have higher rates of hypertension and other chronic illnesses.

Even more intriguing to me is why bad food costs less than healthy food, especially in impoverished areas.
