jim drukenmiller had a cannon too, that dont mean shit if you cant get the balls to the WRs, a good QB needs a touch on the ball you cant just rocket it in to the WRs,

and no vick hasnt learned to pass yet, i dont even think he is to 4000 yards passing in his carrer, and his QB rating is some where around 60, and he throws nearly as much INTs as TDs

and vick does have people to pass to, price is a very good WR he will be one of the top in the NFL one day, and alge crumpler made the probowl. so dont say vick doesnt have people to pass to.
