This is my first ever topical.I hope you like it.

Uncooked,marinated or raw, beef is the same ~thing~
In T-bone form,burgers or wrapped in a ~string~
The juicy aroma that fills the nostrils when ~cooked~
At places like The Keg,high quality food is prepared,seats must be ~booked~
With terriyaki sauce or plain BBQed,it is quite the ~experiance~
When I see it in my plate I always hope it is not ~deliriance~
Some people like it rare,but I prefer mine well ~done~
I even sometimes add montreal steak spice,to add a bit of ~fun~
At restaurants you can choose pastas,salads and pizzas,but beef is my ~choice~
I like to add sauces,which make the meat ~moist~
I put it on the fire,and wait for the time to ~come~
The seat feels hard and painful,on my bony little ~bum~
But I stay because the pain will leave, with one bite of my ~meal~
Plant the fork in, cut and eat,my wounds are sure to ~heal~
As you are reading these words,beef I am about to ~devoure~
This gift from God will not last a quarter of an ~hour~
I push away my plate and wipe my beefy ~lips~
Then I turn to and eat the golden crispy ~chips~*
For pork,chicken and veal,I have a slight ~resistance~
But beef is by far my favourite,I admit it with no ~hesitance~

*-chips=fries.fries are sometimes served with steak.
