Add rain to my cd cover........

 can someone add rain to this cover?....dont make it seem like very hard rain or soft rain,make it look visible while the rest of the cover is visible...just make it look mad realistic....so who'll hook me up?......whoever does it,ill give like...umm.......500 dollars sounds good?.....
