^ look on the bright side.. at least you never had the money taken out by taxes in your hands in the first place so it is like it was never there. I have to write the government a huge ass check next month since I didn't need to pay estimated taxes in 04. Lamest thing is paying into social security, which is supposedly going to be broke in it's current state by the time we retire.
