STRUCTURE:both had bad structure not feelin either had good flow....so i got niether on this one!both up on structure make each line end at the same point.

Personals:TAz, had better personals in his verse....Natural killa ur verse was iight but didnt get as much personals as taz in there

PUnches:Taz had better punches in his verse, had great opener and great closer and punches were really solid, natural when u through a punch make sure it lands man......up on ur punches

VOcab-Not much vocab at all....so i cant really say much, both up on vocab to enhance ya verses yo.

Originality:Both really original fresh disses and shit....both had good verses but not great.....

Multis:Natural killa obviuosly had the better multis in this to make his verse ok......didnt help him get the win....taz make sure u have more than 2 lines wit multis next time dont make it look like u dont care..........V/TAZ
