You cna't look at it liek that man. It's a lot more detailed than that. Not everyone has the means or funds to go somewhere else. wHere are they going to stay? What are they going to eat? And who'd going to protect their home from invasion and/or fire? People don't stay in the warpath of natural disasters because they're bored. they do it because they're forced.



yeah but you make it sound liek people there are aleady kickin their feet up and relaxing smoking on cuban cigars then all of a sudden decided "hm..you know what we should do? Go steal shit!" - nah. People rob and steal because they DON'T have shit, not because they do and just want more of it.
