What'd be your dream house?

I'm living with two cool dudes(one of which I met over the internet... But word, he lives in Texas, we talk on the phone, he is fucking dope as shit, and the other guy was his friend.) Our fucking pad will be dope as shit, though. I should be bringing in like 50k, and John about 30-40k, and if Dakota gets this government check for his mom's farmland to be started or something, he'll bring like 65k. Together, we plan on having about 150k hopefully, we'll be working every day and shit plus I got a dope starting line in my bank account(6.5k).

We won't have any payments, we buy everything upfront.

The house will be one-story above ground, one under.

We'll keep adding shit to the house. We may even sleep on the floor, eat kool-aid and microwavable pizzas, I never said that I need luxury at first. No payments.

We'll hire outsource workers to build the shit to our specifications. Hopefully, this may take like 100k, so we decided to bring in Dakota 'cuz, you know, we all are fucking dope as shit.

Our rooms will be, and we'll slowly add stuff if we don't have a shit load of money left over from the built house:


Top Level:

Basic shit, like:

Kitchen, living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms. We'll also have a bathroom downstairs.


Basement Level:

a little dojo room where me and John'll spar(guy knows Judo, I'm just a mass of instincts and shit)

A gym room, with squats shit, seated leg press, weights + barbells + weight bench, all that shit.

Gaming room, with top-of-the-line consoles and a crap load of games.

Indoor pool.

Computer room, which may be joined with the Gaming Room.


Shit depends on, in five years or so, on what's dope or not, we might have handheld computers and shit. And we'll each have some dope cars with whatever money left over.

Shit'll be fun as fuck..but five years of work to get it. But, if my novels get out successfully and shit, along with my poems, that'll rake in the SHIZNIT!

The other guys are fifteen years old, so they'll be living in apartments for a bit. Word.
