Okay...there is a lot of controversy surrounding "text rap". In my own mind, text is NOT rap. Rap lyrics, yes...But not rap itself.

Rap is a genre of MUSIC. Not words on a screen.

Text heads can cuss up and down saying that it's rap...but frankly it never will be.

You may be "dope" at text...but guaranteed any normal text head that comes into audio for the first time will find his or herself wack as hell...for the simple fact that they do not know how to display their lyrics into music.

That's the difference.
